The logs are then sawn into rectangular shapes in the ‘green mill’. When using natural resources careful selection is the fundamental ingredient in creating successful products. Please Note: Tanalised pressure treated timber has a built-in colouration and depending on the timber species the treatment colour may vary slightly. Further staining is recommended to enhance the appearance of the product if this occurs. As the timber is exposed to weather conditions it may fade over time. This will enhance the style and help protect the timber from insect infestation, fungal decay and rot. With the exception of our Hazel Hurdles, all our decorative panels are supplied pressure treated. When screwed to each side of the fence panel this will make it up to an imperial 6ft. Please Note: If you need a panel which is a full 6ft wide (1828mm) just add a note your order requesting infill strips and we will deliver them free of charge.
